You have to get in touch with DisneyLand, World, or whatever casting office. I live in orlando and we have a casting office which covers everything from the cotton candy guy, cooks, and the actors and actresses for the parades or shows or whatever. If that's what type of job you're looking for then it's really not that hard to get if you're persistent with casting. It can also be a bit of a stepping stone, some decent experience, and good for your resume. All of the previous benefits could aid you in getting an agent and from there you could get auditions for disney movies and other studio's projects.
Below is a casting website. It's a little odd, the hyperlinks are hidden in the word casting, which is sideways and along the left hand side of the page.

It's fairly easy!
Hire a Talent Agent or better yet, a Talent Agency. They will help you prepare a portfolio with photographs of you in character from your latest plays, maybe will cast you on video, and make sure they know what kind of work you want to be in. They will try to market you the best they can, and they will handle the money aspect so you dont have to be an accountant. Look for agencies which have already positioned people for Disney and always read the FINE PRINT!

if your really serious at all about getting cast in something as large as a disney agent, your first step should be finding an agent who has preferbally done work with disney before, and get your feet in the door. Many agents work on percentage cuts from what you get paid, so there is no up front cost most the time if the agent thinks your right.

actual Disney land/world auditions I don't know a whole lot about, but Disney on Broadway I do know. go to disneyonbroadway.com
and it's all their. the most recent ones I've seen are mostly for The Lion King.
