every english teacher in this country should be clubbed like baby seals. these kids don't even know the difference between "your" and "you're." that is truly pathetic!

hell, the mexicans are better at english than the americans are

and then there's the whole teenybopper language they've invented, using things that aren't even WORDS. i can't even read that s*it. i need some kind of decoder to understand what they're saying!

I am. People are so lazy that they don't take time to spell the whole word out or make sure it sounds correct. There is even a Spell Check! Sometimes I can't even answer a question because I have no idea what they're trying to say.

Lack of grammar skills on Answers have no effect on me. I have more important things to do then to fret about some lousy question that contains incorrect grammar.

I've given up worrying about it. Many times I can't understand the question at all, and I briefly consider asking for a clarification; but then I say to myself, "to hell with it; why should I bother when he or she didn't?" and I move on.

I am completley bothered by it, but don't really care unless the question is completly misunderstandable...(is that even a word?)
But I think people type really fast and don't pay attention to thier errors because they are in a hurry.

YES! I hate it. I especially hate the little abbreviations for actual words. Such as 'UR' for you're. UGH! Just spell it out. It's bad enough morons don't know the difference between 'your' and 'you're' or 'then' and 'than'. It's such a pet peeve of mine. I've gone into businesses to tell them to correct their signs. I can't stand it...it's like fingernails on a chalkboard.

it sometimes grates my nerves, but then i have to face the fact that not everyone on here is well educated. to not (in an adult) be able to differentiate between you're and your, there, they're and their, etc. (no , NOT ect.!) wears on me, but i find it petty that others have to make an issue of it. i refuse to do that mice elf. not do i bother w/ proper capitalization.i'm a philosopher/comedian, not a typist.

I think that everyone is in such a hurry to get in the first response and get points, that they are not paying attention to their grammar, etc.

With some of the questions that people ask on this site, grammer is the least of my concern.
