Unfortunately, males and females are the result of eons of evolutionary development going back to the days our ancestors were stolling the savannahs of africa....the alpha males were the ones that ensured survival of the species.
Obsolete genes do not die overnite, so you'll be seeing that basic female instinct to be attracted to the alpha males, although in the modern world, that makes little sense.

Women in general at that point or if they are of the character "me me me", care only in how you make them feel. And if they are into the tough guy thing, that is psychological as well, it makes them feel safer and it gives them prestige(ego) that their guy is better than the next guy that her girlfriend might be dating. Personally I think it is too teenager like to me. I hated being a teenager. They were so shallow, but it is part of life, so muster up enough strength and get past it quick. Iggy those people that are into that macho thing for they probably are not going to go very far if they are that shallow. Some girls want no friction, but boys will be boys, and yet some don't care if they lose the fight as long as they don't get hurt, and they are sincere. But those kinds are the ones you bring home to Mom, but bubba they are real hard to find in the world today. And don't be surprised if some women get off on the violence just like a man. Is it any surprise to you? Women are in the military.

Women are different from Men in too many ways to really talk about here. It boils down to an individual because some women want you to fight for them while others want more of an affectionate man who is compassionate and knows how to handle situations without trying to break its face or try to look good for others. I'm Male and my best Friend is Female, she would break up with someone who was willing to fight for his honor. She believes honor isn't worth life. It's just a human word and thought. Your life is unique and if she were to lose you over something idiotic like a spilled drink or someone talking bad about you it would be seen as irrelevant. In the end seriously who has died or been killed and their girlfriend or significant other has said "Well he was fighting for a spilled drink and I believe that he died knowing it made me happy to see that he was being a man, and, even though I lost him, I think he's cool, because he fought over something petty." No one
Your Friends girlfriend basically likes to talk about how tough her boyfriend is and likes the attention she gets from others knowing that her boyfriend IS tough. She also probably likes the fact that others talk about her boyfriend because it keeps her popular. Either way a man will live long enough to see his family after him if he doesn't run around fighting for just any reason.

There is no two ways about it... girls like winners... the only exception would be if the loser was fighting for her sake, say for instance to protect her dignity which the other guy might have offended. But there again, she would lose interest in him if he is a regular loser.... she would definitely try to find a winner who cares for her. Girls want everything... a strong body like a male and a caring and soft heart like a female and a server like a servant!!
Of course they do finally compromise when faced with the reality.

I think it's crap. If a girl (especially a tennage girl) really loves a guy, losing a fight won't stop her from loving him. But, most high school couples aren't in love. It is damaging to a girl's reputation to go out with a guy who lost a fight and reputation means a lot in high school.

you are a teenager? well... some girls that age are kinda dumb and you know looking for that "prince in shining armour" character in a guy. they want to feel secure at that age that's why sometimes girls are into guys who are tough and who usually wins in a fight..dumb girls i say.. hahahaha.. but then, some girls outgrow this thought but then others don't.
but what i think is that..i'm not impressed when a guy wins nor am i turned off when he looses. what impresses me is a peace loving guy. that guy who get's in the middle of the fight just to keep both parties from tearing eachother apart. to me that's bravery..just to keep the others from hurting eachother.

This may not really answer your question, but whether or not you win should be irrelevant to "your" woman. As long as you're not getting into scrapes because of her big mouth (nor your own), but are instead actually defending her or yourself, the result shouldn't make a difference to her.

humans are animals, and dumb women are brutes with animal behaviour and feelings alike to other primates, so strength is a favorable trait and male-male competition manifest that trait. This is one factor though, so if the guy is terribly ugly but strong, it does not mean he will be picked. It is a very primitive and vulgar act, so if you involve yourself like a slave to and for the pleasurable spectacle for women, then you degrade yourself to the level of beasts.

I think it depends, I mean whether the fight is a bodily or mental one. In fact, one can win or lose in any fight and if one of your girlfriends takes it seriously, she should (I hope) welcome any consequence and still care for you. In short, it doesn't matter what happens. From my experience, the mental one was and is more tough, cruel and demanding than the bodily one.
