If you were raped and are not ready to have the baby there are options available to you. Seek your own counsel in this matter. It is not an easy decision you are faced with. It sounds like you are really young- do you have a trusted wise older woman you can talk to? Most of the people here who are going to respond are going to tell you something based on an idealology, not on the experience of having been there. their responses are going to be reactionary. Seek help now for the sake of your mental, emotional, and physical help.

I am totally pro-choice, but if you are already calling it an angle in you abdomen, I would think about you decition. Giving it up for adoption is a choice or just have it and do what you can. I had my first child at 19 while i was in college. I was getting help from the state and my mom helped alot. Having a kid is a big decition but so is abortion. Oh by the way, I am now 36 have 2 boys 16 and 15 and would never change a thing, and i still finished school, a year later than i planned but i did.

I have been in your situation and I feel your predicament. If you have deffinitly decided to go through with the abortion, don't call it "angel". I only say this because it will make it harder for you when the time comes for the doctors appointment. Other people who answered do have a point, you can carry it to term and give it up for adoption. But you have to think of the emotional aspect of giving it up as well as being pregnant and how you feel about it. I did have an abortion because I was 20 and not ready to have a baby. I have never regreted my decision.

I'm not judging you by fair and I just want you to know that I totally disagree with your plans to kill the baby. My man and tried to get pregnant for the longest and this past Thanksgiving God blessed us with a baby and this Christmas our baby died. Why don't you just give the baby to some woman who can't have children and want one really bad? You are being selfish because the baby didn't ask to be born. The child is here now and you have been blessed greatly. How can a woman be so selfish? You can give you child to a loving family or you could take the baby to a church or hospital so they can find a loving home. You don't have to kill your child. I don't understand some young women. I know what it takes to get pregnant and yet they still don't protect themselves from getting pregnant or getting an STD or AIDS. I hope next time you decide to have sex you think about that.

Do not get an abortion!!! Many couples have been trying to start a family, but they are unable to conceive a baby. If you abort that baby, you may never forgive yourself. Some women find themselves years later thinking about what may have been, for instance the age of the child if her or she would have been given to chance to be born.
Just because you have made a mistake, your life is not over!!!
Abortion is murder,no matter what the ACLU or Planned Parenthood says. They will have to answer for every precious and innocent baby that killed in the name of a person's right to choose at the Great White Throne Judgment.

My best advice to you is continue studying, but keep the baby.
You have no idea how much you would regret it if you don't let the little one join you on your journey.
You CAN go to school & still raise a child- it has been done. And, ironically, it may actually help you get financial aid. There are also daycare programs on a lot of campuses.
Really look into your heart & do the right thing.
I think you already know what you really want ("the angel")....

There are a lot of things we dont know about you to answer your question properly. How old are you? Do your parents know? Was it conceived with someone you love or are with now and if so what do they think. If your calling it an Angel then you know what the right think is to do. My opinion Is to keep it or Give it up for adoption. But only you know what would be best for the Child. Good Luck

Why would you get rid of the angel in your abdomen as you call it? Why can't you give it up for adoption? There are plenty of people out there that would love to have a baby. Please think about it before you go ahead with this.

DON'T GET AN ABORTION!!!! Don't you know that its murder? Life starts at conception, so don't think that if you get an abortion by a certain date in your pregnancy be you'll okay, it's still murder. If you don't know what to do go to a center that deals with pregnancy and/or get advice. If you don't want to talk to someone you know, there are people out there volunteering to help people like you make decisions.... Whatever you do, keep that little miracle alive!!
