uhm... use a data shredder?? just download spybot s&d and click mode once its installed then click advanced.

then click tools.
then click shredder
then find that file and drag and drop it in there.
then put the shredder number to about 10
and most likely nobody will ever find it.

If u wanna delete all the files and programs and data, here's how u do it:
Put ur Operating System CD in ur CD/DVD drive and restart ur computer. Before it starts there is a writing that says " Press any keys to enter the CD. So u do it. After that u follow the instruction and go to Install Windows XP or wutever ur system is. But DO NOT choose Repair. Then if u can read just follow wut it says and u r on ur way!

dban (http://dban.sourceforge.net/ ) will nuke all the data on the drive. It could probably still be recovered by someone with enough resources to throw at it. Also, a very powerful magnet might do the trick (http://www.unitednuclear.com/magnets.htm ) or a flamethrower (http://misc.hackaday.com/2005/08/16/diy-flamethrower/ ). Heh.

left click on my computer then left click on hard disk drive c: then left click on program files you can manually delete whatever you need to delete then you can go to control panel and remove the things you have manually moved automatically. you do have to do both procedures to completely delete from your hard drive. hope this helps thee.
