my pen15 is 5.9" by 5.6-7" i berly have facial hair, and not much chest hair, will i still grow?

Focus on maturing mentally and emotionally - your body will take care of itself and grow at its own rate, but you will be stuck in the ranks of the immature little boys if you don't work on things like schoolwork, caring for family and friends, doing your share of what needs to be done at home and school, and paying attention to the needs other people have. If you think with the little head, you will be a little person, no matter what the ruler says.
