Scratch all of that idea and just go to Bermuda. It has everything that you have asked for and has class too! I have been to several countries in the Carribean and love it but what you are looking for is in Bermuda. Don't worry to much about which place you stay because they all looked nice just pick something that you want to be close to. There are several nice golf courses and I especially love riding motor bikes around the island.

Despite one well published problem. Aruba is very safe and clean. I would stay away from Mexico, if you look at most travel advisories Mexico is considered a hostel country with much unsolved crime and some of that at tourists.
