the song name and the time signature, please! It doesnt matter what song, one appropriate for middle school kids but an up beat song, like Ain't goin Down (Til the Sun Comes Up)

Probably all 4/4.... that is the most "common time" signature hence the name. You get into complicated time with your prog music like 9/8 and some other quite unusual ones.
Oh you saw that too, yeah, I thought that was silly of her....

Check www.musicnotes.com. They have lots of sheet music on there. It gives you samples of songs with sheet music. The time sigs are on there. It's really a great site. You can download the sheet music immediately depending on the song. It's one of my favorite sites. If you download the player that goes with it you can hear the music and it plays along with whatever song you've downloaded. Good luck!

I'm not sure about your wording, but "Ain't Goin' Down" is 4:34 long, if that's what you're after...
