Not all were bad but all and all they were a bad bunch and majorly wiped out at the battle of Jeruselum by the Arabic Muslim leader who eventually took it from the Knights of King John of England. However the Templars were heavily mixed and mainly were the French. But is as much as being knights they were a part of the nowadays called Illuminatees' they were their enforcers. Pretty weird, why now would the Pope decide to take them back into the realm?

I haven't read the article as yet. Is it for sure Knights Templar or Knights of the East and West degree? Was the Masonic Lodge mentioned?

The Knights Templar weren't bad, the Catholic Church just spread a lot of lies about them because there were richer than the church at one point.

It takes only a thousand years or so for the Catholic church to see the error of its ways. I think they finally re-instated Galileo too. Give them another 3 or 400 years and they may finally acknowledge that Mary Magdelene was Jesus consort if not his wife.
