They encourage the release of adrenalin through emotion on purpose, or, they are insightful and can admit that the world around them doesn't dictate their emotional reaction, but they do. Taking responsibility for your emotional life, rather than playing victim of it.

That they're an idiot, everybody makes their own adrenaline- unless they have some sort of glandular/ endocrine disorder. It's what triggers the flight or fight response. If someone makes their own adrenaline (which of course they do), perhaps they like getting into dangerous situations, in which they then get pumped up and choose to fight rather than flee.

this is merely New Age nonsense. some human beings don't have a very agency grip on reality because it truly is. Say one in each of those New Age nuts is stuck in site visitors. He needs that site visitors might want to sparkling up and, without note, it does. He thinks that it had something to do such as his wanting for it to take position. He is going abode and writes a e book about "arising your own reality" and different New Age nuts devour it up.

In sports terms, it means he can control his adrenaline, creating it when needed (psyching up before a sprint, throw,etc) and thus enhancing his efficiency in the event. My way is to visualize victory and recall a good sprint in the past.
