Cell phone Help!?

I'm trying to download this pic on my friends phone and when the message is sent from the web sight to the phone We don't know how to go to or down load the pictures the phone keeps saying

No GPRS
Try CSD

oh and she has a cingular LGcg300 or something like that

please help quick

why dont u go to the store u recieved ur cellphone they should be able to handle ur problem then all of the yahoo answerers together i mean come on they made it! Good Luck *~^_^~*
