Being happy for others is the best thing to do when I feel I have nothing of my own to be happy about.

I can be as happy as possible, but it is hard for sure.....not because of my own personal sadness, but because usually the things that make others happy are the same things that make me sad at times. It is a challenge to be a truly selfless human being, but it is something I am working on.....

Are you in a foster home? Did your parents get a divorce?
If your married is your husband beating on you?
Does he take drugs? alcoholic? He won't work and spends your money? I need more information.
