They say ive won a car and i need to send them $29.95 for a prossing fee, is this a scam?

Yes it's a scam. I've seen numerous postings on this site asking your question. The RCMP know about it.

Not sure but, I received the same thing in the mail. If it is free then why would you send 29.95. You will have to pay taxes on it when you pick it up from the Audi dealer closest to you. Sorry, but I will not send my hard earned money to something I will not receive.

id say scam but u can check by province and address givin to u get a contact adress and check with better bussness buro or ur local police

If you have to pay money to get a "prize" you supposedly won, it is illegal.
