You know for asking for an answer to your problem you could have at least typed the question in a clear manner. Is that too much to ask for our expertise?
Turn the computer on and press F8 every 2 seconds until you see a boot menu. Boot into Safe Mode.
If you make it into Windows than you have an issue with either a software driver or something loading at startup.
If the computer bluescreens that you may have a failing hardware component which can be either memory, processor, hard disk, mainboard, etc...

Make sure its charged all the way. Also make sure it is booting from your IDE hardrive.. Was There Any extra Hardware installed recently?? Follow the link below register and and give me more details even take a pic of the computer...
EDIT: According to the specs it should be a fast computer!
