Actually, yes. When I was in high school one of our favorite meals was french fries dipped in chocolate ice cream...sounds gross but it is awesome.

I think so because unless you put something on a potato such as butter or salt or pepper it really has no flavor, so I would definitely try it...I mean, what do I have to lose?
