I've learned that the router proveded by AT&T is obsolete and does not meet acceptable standards for high speed internet or wireless service. How do I get what I contracted for?

I have never heard of a wireless router that does not meet the standards for high speed internet or wireless. What brand and model is it?

Also what does your contract say you would get compared to what you really got?

What do you base this assessment on? Even an old DSL router would meet current standards for high speed internet. The standards haven't changed any.
