Absolutely. Go to the t-mobile store and tell them that you want to activate T-mobile to go on the phone. You may need to buy a sim card - but ebay is a good option for that, however I suppose directly through t-mo would be easier... Yes. Make sure that the phone uses GSM technology and has a SIM card slot on the back of the phone. You can buy a SIM Card through T-Mobile store and activate it as a prepaid phone.
