you personally do not want to attempt this yourself as you will only make the glass worse.

call around to local glass companies and see if any do glass buffing. its a electric buffer that has 2 rubber like pads and they use a special diamond grit sanding cream. it takes an expert to use this machine and to remove scratches without leaving swirls in the glass.

to try steelwool, toothpaste or anything else will just result in more damage. this is a job for a true expert

Check the yellow pages for companies that install windshields many of them also offer repair as well, it the scratches are too deep they will not be able to fix them without warping the glass.

A good windshield repairman can fix this. I will just cost ya a little dough. Can be filled in and polished out , if the scratches are not real deep.

yes there is a way to fix this all u have to do is buy a new windshield or either buy a new car or either get that scratch the dents and scratches thing off of TV

you can try 000 steel wool and see if it will take it out if the scratches aren't too deep, other than that it's new windshield time.

Try using a good glass polish on them. If they are to deep for that to work, then you can take it to a autoglass shop and they can fill them in.

get lock washers on the back of the bolts so your rim doesnt fall off
