I have an i265 that you can have, I recently switched to Verizon, and I'm much happier. As far as Nextel goes, I'd reccomend getting away from them. Verizon has superior service and phones!

Try going to a Nextel store. As far as I know, they will sell you a phone without activation, but be prepared to pay a ton for it. I manage a government account on Nextel and we are able to purchase unactivated phones (to be used as replacements for damaged phones) without any problem. If all else fails, you can always find them at your favorite online auction site. :)
