Definately. I'm probably going to explode if I hear that line again.

Of course, think about it for just a moment, sure, it May have been Adam and Eve, but come on, they had Cane and Able...where exactly did Cain's "wife" come from?
Where did their children come from? Incest is the ONLY possible answer.
But then we are supposedly ALL God's children, so yea, maybe it was Adam and Eve, but it was ALSO Steve, Jerry, Martha, Bertha, Olive, Nina, Ian, Helen, Carrie, John, Paul, George and Ringo!
So what?

Its not true. There are actually 2 (count them 2) accounts of creation of man in the Bible.
The first is:
1) Genesis 1:27 - So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
THEN -
2) Genesis 2:7 - And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
SO, we have 2 different accounts of mans creation. Did he make them TOGETHER like in Genesis 1:27 or did he make Adam ALONE like in Genesis 2:7? One is right, the other must be, well either metaphorical or as some feel, the tale of Lilith (Genesis 1:27 and YES, Lilith is mentioned in the Bible at Isaiah 34:14).
Either way, its an unanswered question. Also, I like to point out to Christians that in Genesis 2:7 the Bible doesn't say we have a soul, it says WE ARE a soul.

I'm actually waiting to hear that one so that I can ask them, "If your god made everything but hates homosexuals, then how is it that Adam and Steve do exist?"

Yeah, people who use that line should be more culturally inclusive with their logic:
"The particular Hindu deity that I believe created humans made Samir and Amulya, not Samir and Deepak."
"Allah made Hafiz and Saffiya, not Hafiz and Amaan."
"Yahweh made David and Ruth, not David and Isaac." (I know it's the same but YOU try doing this)

I was sick of it a long time ago. It assumes that the ONLY thing we use to define ourselves as LGBT is sex, ignoring any other aspect of our lifestyles.
