Just a helpful FYI...

Whenever you file a complaint of ANY form, it goes straight to human resouces and it CAN affect you getting hired for another job.

Chances are, if you tried to sue your employer, you would run into a brick wall...there's so many fine print details that protect many businesses and especially if you live in what's referred to as "a right to work state", they can cut your hours OR fire you without any sort of reason.

I would advise against pursuing it....and definitely go get another job as soon as possible before your name hits that national blacklist...it does exist.
