As soon as the judge signs the divorce order, you can get married right after that. Out of one court room to another or to the church.

You can get married the same day that your divorce is final.
But that might not be the best idea in the world. Off hand, I would suggest giving yourself a couple years to decompress, figure out what you did wrong (personal responsibility), and to find someone that it will work with.

I know that it depends on what state you live in some are the same day but in Oklahoma where I live it is 6 months that was how long I had to wait to get re-married

i think as soon as you have the divorce decree in hand you are good to go..but check with your local state or town hall to find out first..

I would say as long as it take to get to know yourself. Many times we attract the same type of people over and over again. When you truly know you and can be by yourself and not looking for someone to complete you...you are ready to remarry.
