yes because they have the memory of seeing things. They can remember what a chair looks like so they can dream up a dream.

dreams suck~they don't pay bills~they don't help for ever~they don't hold up in front of your friends~they don't turn in to reality with out paying ridiculous amounts of time and energy to fabricate what easy money could have bought but there are no rich blind people who have light at the end of the tunnel, just like this is the way for all mildly handicapped they just get run over by anyone rolling up hill on anyone to save their own @ss, getting happy and a good dream at the same time is mind boggling, after you've seen the: elephant=(everything)
