domestic calls you can depending on what telephone provider you have, some companies include unlimited free long distance with their service, also, on your cellphone, domestic calls are usually included in your minutes also. now international calls are a different story, you always get charged for those.

well there are a few voice over ip or VOIP providers which let you call in 12 countries for free for 4 months if you buy credit from them worth 10 euros , something like 15 $ i think

If you use Skype you pay $14 and can call for free to PC, landlines or mobiles free for a year - good deal!
