You have multiple personalities that you exhibit to other people. One minute your Joe somebody, a 20 year old student at the university of california...then suddenly you're Bubba Joe, a truck driver from mississippi.
Schitzophrenia:
You hear or see things or people that arent there. You may talk to and interact with people who your mind has created, but you aren't that person.
