My dog didn't die. My dad took it to live and play in the flower fields with the wild unicorns. My mommy said so.

One was buried in the backyard and one was disposed by the vet. This question brings back many wonderful memories of my dogs.

I've had several pet to die over the years. Most we're buried on our property. I had one cat cremated because we had moved to a rental home while waiting for a house to buy. I've never had a pet disposed of by a vet, but I'm certain people have for different reasons.

Bury it yourself. Make a nice grave and do your own little ceremony. It will be a reminder that your dog is "always with you" or something like that. If you miss him/her, you can just step out into your backyard and look at the grave. I'm not saying put it right by the door. More toward the back.

Oh my god dont bring that up. My dog got hit by a car and his skull got cracked, for some reason he didnt die right away and just cried for 30 minutes bleeding. I couldnt take it anymore and got my gun and shot it. I then buried it in my backyard, and i considered myself a mans man but when i finished burying him i kind of cried.
