Hi There,

I think you are referring to the Windows Character Map.....

Make sure the Numeric Lock is engaged.....then:

- press the Alt key
- enter 0216 on the numeric keypad

You can find the entire Windows Character Map at:
- start
- programs
- accessories
- system tools
- character map

I printed it out for easy reference.....

I don't know about the alt number trick, but if you are working in a word document click insert>object>ms equation then type the o then click in the sybol box: top row, 3rd box from the left. From the ne drop down click the top row middle symbol and it will put a slash through the o. click anywhere else in the document to exit equation editor.

Alt 0216

Remember to hold down the alt key while typing all of the numbers. And use your num pad off to the right, I don't think this will work with the top row numbers.

Or, if you have a norwegian keyboard, just press the ø key. :)
