For the turn signals and the bulbs are ok, then there is a Flasher under the Dash located at the fuse block, this operates the turn signals

You say one turn signal doesn't work but the bulb is lit, right? Turn signal bulbs are a double element bulb .If one element is shot then the turn signal part won't work . look at a regular bulb you use around the house you see one wire (filament) stringing across. In a turn signal bulb they have two filaments, one stays lit for a light in your taillite and the other filament flashes when you turn on your turn signals. Now if by chance both tailites have quit blinking, check the bulbs first as they are installed at the same time and their life expectancy is about the same > So it is possible first one and then the other turn signal bulb to burn out (manufactures recommend changing both the right and left when one burns out for this reason) One way to check this quick and eliminate burnt out bulbs is to turn on the 4 way flashers and see if the bulbs are all flashing . If not then the bulb has a burnt filament. If all the bulbs are flashing then your turn signal relay is shot. Most cars have these located under the dash on the drivers side under a cover called a hush panel .Remove it and you will see 2 silver looking can about the diameter of a quarter and an inch thick . Try a new one and to figure out which is the turn signal and which is the 4 way flasher unplug one and try the 4way flasher,if they still work then its the other one(get the idea on figuring out which is which) It unplugs like any other plug so just pull it out and replace

If both front and rear lights come on then it is what is called a flasher. Located under the dash usually, sometimes with the fuses. Look for a silver, canister shaped object about an inch and a half across and 2-4 inches long. Frequently there are two of these one for the turn signals and one for the 4way flasher.

If both bulbs are lit but do not flash I would check the flasher which is in the fuse panel and is usually cube shaped

If all the lights light up but dont flasy then you have a problem with the flasher. It is loated next to the fuse block on most cars. the flasher can be picked up at any local autoparts store and is easy to replace.

Check your fuses. They're usually either in your glove box or near your legs to the left on the driver side.
