I did not pay through Paypal. I already filed a dispute (the seller is not answering) and I have already contacted ebay but they aren't doing anything. It has been exactly 30 days since the purchase.

Will calling the credit card company help? According to Ebay, "Most companies provide 100% online protection." Is this true for Mastercard? PLEASE help. I paid over 100 dollars.

Yes, yes, yes...call your credit card company and dispute the charge. They will not make you pay it if you didn't receive what you bought or if you are not happy with it and return it. Your credit card company will contact the seller and he will have to answer to the dispute. Most likely...you will get the credit back on your card.

Keep trying to get in touch with seller, keep complaining to ebay. Call your credit company and see if you can stop payment or get reimbursed for you purchase. This does happen sometimes and people need to complain to ebay more so they will become stricter. Also set up a paypal account more secure. I use paypal , I buy and sell on ebay have never had any problems. So don't be discourged by this.

Yes you should get a refund , if ebay confirms its a fraud ,

And for future refrence , always make sure that the person your buying from on ebay is " PAYPAL VERIFIED " that way ebay has there house address and bank account numbers , also make sure to read a sellers feedback , before buying from them

I would definatly try your credit card company. The worst thing they can tell you is no (and if it is not a huge amount of money, they probably will reimburse you.) Next time pay through paypal...it's a lot easier.

Yes, if it's not too late, call the credit card company and tell them not to pay. They are open 24/7 so you can call them right now.
