Performed 2 home preg tests already and it came out positive. I intend to visit an ob gyne this weekend but im anxious to know (and obviously cant wait) that if im already 7 weeks pregnant, then why don't i feel any of those popular pregnancy symptoms when im supposed to already. e.g. morning sickness, cravings, fatigue and sleepiness....

False positives are rare. I would say you are pregnant and if you have no symptoms... I would also say you are LUCKY. Some women have all the symptoms/signs.. others none. I would rather be one of the others. :) Enjoy it. Congrats

Congratulations! If you've had two positives on a home pregnancy test - in which false positives are very, very rare - you're almost definitely pregnant! A lack of symptoms means nothing but that you're one of the lucky ones that gets to forego the nausea and other fun first trimester things. (Of course, it's not too late - it could come on at any time, or you could avoid it altogether.) Don't believe the old wives' tales that more morning sickness equals a healthier baby - they are simply not true. I also managed to avoid morning sickness, for the most part, and my little girl was healthy as can be. :)
And no, you probably wouldn't be showing by seven weeks. Some women may have a tiny bump by then, but most don't start showing till a few weeks later.
Congrats on your pregnancy!

well if 2 home preg test said you are postive then you are 99% pregnat. those tests are 99% effective. my doctor told me i didnt need a repeat blood test if 2 home preg tests said i was postive. he just told me to wait til i see the OB/GYN. also i didnt have too many symptoms in the very begininng except being extremely tierd and everything smelt funny. good luck ! congrats on your new baby .

Hello, my vanilla twin.
I didn't have any symptoms when I found out I was preggers at 7 weeks, although my husband DID tell me I was glowing twice and my teenage daughter complimented me for the first time in 6 years.
You're PREGNANT, Mamma! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
