you sound just like me. okay so. jeans jeans jeans. a good place to go is Wet Seal (the jeans that are on sale are usually $10, mattering if you have on near you or not[sale's tax, shipping])
also target has some good jeans

There is a store called Delia's. They also have a mail order catalog. They have size 00 (yes, double zero) jeans. My daughter is a stick and their jeans fit her the best.

Try a store like Wet Seal, they have jeans in 00 and they run around $20.00 a pair.

hollister has the best jeans!!!!!!
the smallest size is 00 and they have lengths of short, regualar (im 5-5 and regulars fit me perfectly), and long
they are 40- 60 dollars

Try Delias.com....very similar company to Urban Outfitters. Their jeans go all the way up to a 37" inseam.

You can go to Value City, they have alot of junior size jeans that fit really well, and their prices are responsible.

You can go to deb,rainbow,wet seal,or new york & company they have nice things their for a low price. All of these stores do or the other option you can go to ross... they have cute things thier for a very low price.
