That's just a rumor. Yes, they have been incredibly close but they're just really good friends. I remember watching a Zac Efron interview like a while ago for KOL and he said they weren't dating.

the are just really close friends. and besides ashley is a few years older than zac. but on the suite life of zack and cody where zac guest starred, ashley said he was a great kisser when she kissed him. but i think vanessa makes a cute couple with zac. they both have a one year age difference. i also think ashley and zac make a cuter couple

they are going out but ashley wants to break up with zac.i asked ashley she has an account one you tube her real one.u go to her website and it says her real youtube account.she is my friend and i asked her u can go there too.its fun and she adds videos like everyday.u also spelled zac wrong its zac not zack.
