Only if I know them really well and they have the opportunity to fix it. I think that should be the rule about pointing out flaws in a person's appearance. If it's a stain, rip, tear or a problem with fit they can do nothing to fix on the spot, I would keep quiet. They probably already know and are trying to forget about it and get on with their day. Or if they don't know about it, why tell them and make them self conscious? But if its a slip showing they can hike it up or a zipper, button or a tag sticking out, I'll tell them discreetly, not out loud in front of everyone.
I hate people who point things out just to be "one up."

That's hilarious!!! Rember that song, "Fix yourself girl, you got a cameltoe"? Everytime I see a cameltoe I get that song stuck in my head.
