NO. Free sex would be a situation where a prostitute decides or is forced to not charge a customer. Free sex implies that ordinarily there would be a charge for having sex with a charging person.

They're both the exact same thing: sex. That's all. I think it's horrible how people consider you as "giving yourself away" if you have sex without marriage.
I don't see how sex without marriage is any different from sex with your husband or wife. I suppose waiting until marriage can be a sort of safety measure - the guy is maybe less likely to turn on you or dump you - but who's to say he won't do that even after you're married?
If you want to get married - do so. But if you don't want to, I don't see why that means that you can't also have sex.
All sex is free, unless you get paid, in which case, you're a prostitute. Anyone who looks at marriage as a sort of 'payment' of any kind is messed up in the head.

No they are not the same. Premarital sex is simply sex out of wedlock.
