I just broke up with my bf so kinda depressed. Music always helps me. I was wondering what you guys like to listen to when you're depressed.

Me and my bf just broke up too.... sucks doesn't it? I just listen to whatever is on my ipod, but I won't listen to songs about bf/gf or any songs that we would listen to together, which kinda cuts the music on my ipod in half. Also, I'm not really into "happy" music to begin with. I listen to metal and stuff, so when I'm depressed, I kind of take a break from that and listen to music I wouldn't normally listen or some bands that aren't so angry and depressing. Just hang in there and go have fun.... the best part of being single is that you can go have fun, meet new guys and not feel guilty about it at all. Good luck!

I always listen to the saddest music possible. I know it sounds weird but it helps me deal with my sadness by getting it all out. After I'm done crying I feel a lot better. If it's something really major though there's nothing that can completely fix it but time. Music does help though.

hmmm...
I ve got the perfect recipy for you...! Because i love ballads and it also suits for this purpose.

Here's a list of artists and songs:
Bryan Adams: Please forgive me, Everything I do, Let's make a night to remember
Bon Jovi : Always, i'll be there for you
Def Leppard: Love bites
Nazareth : love Hurts
Aerosmith: Crazy , cryin'
and many more...
My advise for you is .. listen to whole lot of these songs at nightlet your feelings out and then sleep.. I know that you may fell **** that moment but when you wake up next morning you will be much better...
