yes they are poisonous to all animals but don't fret, your dog would probably have to eat the whole plant to be affected. i'm not sure what kind of dog would do that though :)

I have always been told that they are poisonous to all animals, including dogs. I have a cat and a dog and my vet suggested that I steer clear of the holiday flower. I hope this helps you.

they certainly are. here is a tip: something they are good for . if you or any one has a damp area in a house put the plant in there there is something in the plant that causes mildew not to form
