I'm the same way. I'll check my e-mails, then come on here for awhile. I might play a game or two, but that's about it. I'm on here 90% of the time anymore. but it's fun. It's like a chat room you can actually keep up with.

Actually, I do encourage you to step away. Give it a break. It will still be here when you get back. Recapture your life! Y!A addiction isn't as bad as some addictions... and... it's still an addiction.

youtube for motorbike videos, playing a shooter game , checking my emails and the news now and then. I need a roster.

well, i do this during working hours cuz i have no internet at home. . . yet!!! this (y!A) is so addictive, i hardly work as oppose to me working hardly . . . u know what i mean!!!! In order for me to do some actual work, i have to log off. . . but i always have paperwork in front of me *wink!!!
