Jay-Z he changed the course of hip hop. Biggie was over rated and only hyped up because he was killed. Nas is a great lyricist but his work has fallen off. Tupac was a great poet...

I would go with Jay-Z and Eminem at a tie...
But my all time favorite is Ludacris... he is very clever and is proving himself more and more all the time. especially with his new song with Mary J blige "run away"
Will Smith is also very talented. He fell off, but he used to be really good.

KRS-One followed by Ice Cube.
People always say 2Pac, but they never said that when he was alive. I like Pac, but I've always thought KRS was the best, even before Pacs death.
