Well I don't thing size counts but it matters. I think it does make a difference when having sex, but your question does not lean towards the sex topic. "It's what you do with it".... well you can do several things with it. If you are having sex, then know how to use it and make your partner feel great, but I'm sure many agree that a smaller penis wont feel as good as a larger one. If you jerk off then no, size does not matter, also if you piss. There are several things you can do with your penis where size does not make a difference, but there are other things you do where your penis size matters.... and of course it's not all about the sex.

size does matter anything under four in would be a problem the only one enjoying it would be the giver not the reciever im sorry but this is true but dont give up hope there are other things you can do and other things are a lot more important like loveing careing respecting someone these are the real things in life that are really imporant everyone is special in their own way

Size is a non-issue. "What you do with it" means foreplay, holding your climax until she has hers, varying your rhythm to match hers, and generally paying attention so you can do the things she likes and try not to do the things she doesn't like. The relationship is what matters - if you love her enough to want her to enjoy the process instead of only focusing on YOUR needs, then a two-incher is as good as a five incher and a helluva lot better than an eight-inch monster!

I dont think size matters, however, I ironically believe it is important, I dont think particularly good sex is achieved with a small penis, but I do think that that can be overcome with good foreplay and good skills using other parts of your body (i.e fingers, tongue etc etc during love making) which will achieve orgasm and make sex more pleasurable for a woman.
I wouldnt be turned off by a man with a small penis, it wouldnt even concern me in the slightest as the size (girth AND width) does not alone make for good sex, as I say, as long as they make up for it with other parts of their body then it doesnt matter.
But with concern to your question of 'what you do with it'....... good question....... if its too small to reach your tonsils (not that that is as important as the girth) and too thin to touch the sides then what exactly can you 'do with it' to make it touch the sides and/or touch your tonsils - all I can think of is making it up in other ways as mentioned above.
