is a "normal" lesbian couple complete opposites. like one is butch, the other femme or one is heavier and one is petite. I've noticed with a few lesbian couples that one will be a bigger, less feminine or plainer gal and the other will be smaller, cuter and spunkier. Is this common? What to the smaller, femmer one see in the more butch or soft butch type?
Side note, I'm not saying bigger girls aren't cute. I think everyone is attractive. To be honest the only ugly people out there are those with ugly hearts. Just wanted to save those people from wasting their time writing that I'm being prejudice because that's not my intentions.

Not "attract" but perhaps "COMPLIMENTS" might be a better adjective to use with regard to personality.

Looks are superficial - unless you are an American I'm afraid !

I am not gay but I have been married to the same man for 28 years and what attracted me to him was he just looked like a very, sad mad mean person ( i know why bother?) I am generally very cheerful, fun and happy go Lucky! And when I saw him I decided I was going to try and make this guy smile~ and I did more than a few times- so opposites in this aspect yeah they do attract!

well, I am more attracted to the feminime women. I had a crush at somebody who is to similair as I am. We are both kind a dykes (not very heavy, but both manly). It didn't worked out.
I know couples where the women are quite the same, but not that often.

Me and my ex-girlfriend used to wear each others cloths, we dressed the same, she was a little more femme than me.

Yes indeed this is true, and I'm 58 years old, so I lived long enough to know that my observations are valid.
