for me, no. I'd rather spend the money on other things. I feel more relaxed and after a $10 yoga class than a massage - i find the whole experience rather stressful actually.

If you want to get a massage for less cash, try a massage school. They charge much less since it's students.

depends on where you go and what kind of massage you get. I have paid $225 for an 80 min hot stone massage at LaCosta Resort and Spa in CA. Totally worth it!!! when you go to a resort spa and pay that kind of price you can use the facilities for the day, i lounged by the pool, got a body scrub. just a real relaxing day, i highly recommend it. an hour long traditional massage can usually run you any were from 80-150 with no frills attached. if you want to relax and rejuvenate, go for it!!!!

YES! $100 is well worth an hour of relaxation and stress release! I get regular massages and recommend everyone else get them too...(maybe we will have more happy people in the world!)

Yes, if you value it. No if you cannot afford it. The best massages are free, but if your friends are inept, I'd surmise that a $100 (professional/accredited) massage by a massuese would be worth it to make sure you don't get injured.

that's priceless

No just get someone to do it for you like buddy or parent. Unless you have a lot of money and don't mind spending it, its not worth it.
