All the tracks you have on Itunes have bee stored in folders on your pc's hard drive. By default these tracks are normally stored under:
"MyMusic"
"Itunes"
"Itunes Music"
Simply copy and paste this music over to your MP3 (ensure the files are the correct format) and your working...

If the tracks in iTunes are AAC files, then many mp3 players won't play them. If this is the case, you'll need to reimport the music as an mp3 first.

It depends on what files you're trying to transfer. If the mp3s are encoded as AAC files, it isn't possible because standard mp3 players only play mp3 or mp4 files.
But if the files are mp3/mp4s, they should transfer pretty easily. Hope this helps.

select the whole playlist n then drag n drop into the device by opening it on my computer folder.
