Compliance means to obey or to agree. Compliance with the rules means to obey the rules. Compliance means to go along with something, an idea or a plan, even if you don't agree with it. For example, maybe all your friends want to go to a movie and you want to just hang out at the video arcade, but you comply and go along with your friend's idea of a movie. Does that make it a bit clearer?

Compliance is agreeing or obeying.
You're not stupid, but just remember that you are in the 9th grade, so your vocabulary needs to increase and reflect your maturation and growth as a student and young woman:-)
Don't be afraid to ask the teacher - that's why s/he is there, to teach and to guide. Best of luck!

Compliance means going along with what someone else asks you to do. It might or might not include agreeing with them, but does suggest that the person does not resist or object. For example, one might comply with the instructions of a police officer when pulled over, even if they thought the stop was not justified, simply to avoid trouble.

When you comply with something, it means that you agree to follow something. For example, I comply with the law when driving. Using this same analogy, you yield to on-coming traffic. That means that you let something else go first and then you can go ahead. Just as you would compy with your parent's rules, you yield to them this authority.
Conformity is basically following the norm. For example, teenagers like to hang out with friends at the mall and go to parties. By doing so, you are conforming. There's not a whole lot of thought behind it. You just become accustomed to following this behaivoral pattern.

What everybody else said was right. It can also mean conforming, acquiescing, or yielding.
a tendency to yield readily to other.
conformity; accordance
cooperation or obedience
It also has some stuff to do with physics. If you were to use it in a sentence it would be something like:
Compliance with the law is expected of all

If you are compliant, you are going along with the rules, regulations, wishes of something/someone. Compliance is not fighting or disagreeing with it. If you are compliant, you are courteous, compatiable, etc. Hope this helps.
