Tuxedo, suit, what's the sexiest thing I can wear?

It depends on where you are taking your lovely lady. Think about where you are going, then decide your outfit. And make sure you plan on impressing her with more than your clothing. The choice of restaurant (or meal that you make her at home), flowers, gifts, etc... all need to be as classy as your attire and destination.

A tuxedo is elegant and romantic, while a suit says you are mature and sophisticated. Think about what you want your outfit to say about you.

Also take into consideration if she knows where you are taking her, to dress as formal (or informal) as what you are planning on wearing. You don't want to overshadow her, or make her feel bad because she isn't as fancy in her choice of attire. And trust me on this, no matter how sexy you look, she's going to hate it if it makes her feel bad in comparison.

Try a pair of dress slacks, dress shoes, button up shirt, skip the tie, and throw on a blazer or sport jacket. While it's still a nice look, you won't take the chance of looking more formal than your girl. Plus, the more casual, laid back looks says that you are comfortable in your clothing, and with her. The hint of skin at the base of your neck/top of your chest also will make her want to explore.
Or even a cashmere sweater over your dress pants. Anytime a fabric invites touch because it's soft, silky, etc... it adds a certain sex appeal.

with women, sex starts in the head and heart. look sharp, but if you want to wow her, try to do something romantic and sentimental. for example, wear an article of clothing or jewelry that you wore on your first date or wedding day. or, buy a new shirt that matches the color of her eyes, and tell her that's why you wore it. happy anniversary!
