All the road teams (Chiefs, Jets, Cowboys, and Giants) will likely wear their white jerseys. It's up to the home team what they'll wear, but the Seahawks may consider wearing their white jerseys to force the Cowboys to wear their dark blue jerseys - there's this silly "bad luck" thing I think the Cowboys have long had about the blues.
Regarding the Chiefs.....though they wouldn't get the choice, being the road team, I think the Colts would allow them to have their white jerseys. The late Lamar Hunt (Chiefs owner, AFL founder, etc.) always liked their "all-white" uniforms, and I'm sure the Colts will help allow them to have that tribute.
