about 1 & 1/2yrs.ago i had gullblater sugery and i just found out they left a clamp in me.so can i sue and about how much could one get on the average.

It depends on what you signed when you had the surgery. I would be talking to your doctor about the removal of it, and you can probably get the surgery cost covered. Otherwise, I'll keep my opinion to myself! =)

Sure you can and should sue not sure how much you will end up with, search the net and find similar cases and see what they got.
