Yes, once a champion always a champion. And as long as there's a demand for his appearance then he should be there. You're right about this year's champs too, they stink. Everytime I watch there's a new champion, pitiful.

No, because he's not a champ from this season.
And there's nothing to suggest he would beat everyone in the ToC.
He lost to Brad Rutter in the ultimate ToC, and there are a few Jeopardy! champions of past who I think could've beaten him, like that Ringleburger guy (they NYPD cop) from 1990 who had the highest 5 day total in old Jeopardy! (before they doubled the values of all answers. Also David Madden from 2 seasons ago could've beaten him. He won 23 in a row.
