After it has been submitted and reviewed by the local probate judge for authenticity. You can request a probabte hearing and also an anticipated date of probate decision. If the will has a designated trustee or power of attorney acting on behalf of the deceased according to the will's stipulations, then this is who you should be expecting to answer your questions. If you know, or suspect, that you are a named benificiary in the will and do not get the answers you thnk you legally are entitled too then you should seek legal counsel on your behalf if the suspected proceeds outweight the costs of such legal advice.

It all depends on the wishes of the deceased, you know there is a will? who is the person in charge of it? you could ask them if you have been included in the will and when they are planning on the reading of it.
