How do you install the sims 2 clothing.
I can install the objects i just dont know in what file or w.e to place the clothing in

After you select the file to download, put it into your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder. Uncompress the files (they will be compressed using winzip or rar, you need to have those programs to uncompress them.) After you've uncompressed them, they should appear in Body Shop and in your game. However, if you download a package of clothing, you might have to open up the uncompressed file and then uncompress the individual items in the file. Don't ask me why some creators do that.

You place the files in the Download folder (you can also place them in the Saved Sims folder(when you create your own clothes thats where it goes).
Just remember to also get the meshes (if needed) otherwise the clothes wont work.

In the sims 2 you can go to a browser and download directly to the game. find the asterix on the neighborhood menu.
