What your describing sounds like the pill you're on is not right for you, go talk to your doctor. If your pill is not right it can stop your period as well. Since bc pills contain hormones your body experiences during pregnancy (at low levels) if the levels are not right for you you can experience symptoms of pregnancy.

Yes, if you get pregnant while on the pill and continue taking it can interfere with the development of the baby or cause a miscarriage.

Go back to your doctor, tell him/her that you need a switch. Once the pill you are taking is right for you and you take it correctly, you do not need to use condoms and withdrawl as contraception and you can let your boyfriend let go inside of you. (Its an amazing thing to share with someone you love.) Pills are highly effective when right for you and taken properly.

Discussion of STD's is another issue.

Continued use of the pill could potentially hurt the baby. Continued use of the pill can cause birth defects. However, you most likely are not pregnant. And if you are, you wouldn't know it yet if your period is due in a week. Your breasts may hurt because of the hormones in your birth control. If you missed pills, I would take a pregnancy test if you miss your period. If so, discontinue use of the pill. Otherwise, keep taking them for the next week. Stopping the pill could cause you to ovulate and then you might get pregnant.

Pulling out isn't always effective, sperm are still present in pre-ejaculate. Even if you're on the pill it's not 100% effective. Wait until you expect your period to show up and use a home pregnancy test with your first pee in the morning. If it turns out that you're pregnant, stop taking the pill right away and see your doctor.

all the answers before me a right. however if you take a test the first day of your missed period you could get a false positive. the pill gives your body the hormone that makes it think it is pregnant. it could cause your test to be positive. i'd wait untill at least the 3rd day and don't freak out if you get a positive. go to the doc for a blood test

The pill can cause a miscarriage, killing your baby. It won't make your baby deformed.

If you didn't miss any pills, I don't think you're pregnant
